Self-drive rental FAQs
Do you rent self-drive scooters and bikes in Pokhara?
Yes — we rent well-maintained scooters and motorbikes (like the Bajaj Pulsar) by the day or week, with helmets included. Great for exploring Lakeside, Sarangkot and the valley.
Can I rent a self-drive car in Pokhara?
Yes, subject to availability and a valid driving licence. For long mountain routes we usually recommend a car with our driver, but around the valley a self-drive car is a great option.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid driving licence (an international permit for foreign visitors), a photo ID, and a small refundable security deposit. That’s all.
What are the rental rates?
Scooters are the most economical, then motorbikes, then cars. Daily rates drop for longer rentals. Message us for today’s exact rates and availability.
